On Wednesday, at the start of ninth period, a freshman student was assaulted in a classroom. Location: Northfield Road (Bedford High School) The theft occurred at Sunoco in Maple Heights. The box is locked but the key may be in the car. Gun is loaded but not chambered, and there are extra clips. There is a lockbox with a gun in the car. Unknown person(s) stole a purple 21-speed mountain bike, with a rip on the seat, from the complainant’s unlocked enclosed front porch. Officers responded to the residence and made several attempts to make contact with the caller. Caller states her mother attacked because she wouldn’t wake up, and then caller disconnected the line again. On callback, she said “hello” and hung up again. A female called 911 and said something unintelligible and hung up. No further police action.Ī 16-year-old female advised her mother attacked her. The caller is waiting for her sister to get off work and will take her back to her home. The caller stated she was threatened, but the male denies making any threats. Her mother’s fiance and the caller had a disagreement about it. She had someone over to pick her up and that person is not welcome at the home. The female caller has been at her mother’s house since Thanksgiving. The female is downstairs and the male is upstairs. Verbal threats are only occurring at this time. Officer will attempt to see if the incident was captured on video.Īn 18-year-old female is receiving threats from her mother’s boyfriend that he is going to shoot her. She realized the catalytic converter had been removed from the vehicle. When she returned at after school she noticed a loud sound coming from the vehicle. 16, a Bedford High School teacher parked her Honda in the student parking lot at in the morning. Location: Charles Street (Bedford High School) The complainant was advised to report the matter to the Ohio attorney general’s office. The complainant stated that he contacted the Houston Metropolitan Transit Authority about the check and they stated that they were “hacked” recently and copious amounts of checks were stolen. The complainant did not do anything with the check. The check was in the sum of $2950 and came with instructions to deposit the check to an account and then to contact the sender afterwards. The complainant stated that Fedex delivered a fraudulent check to his wife from Met Tran Federal Credit Union from Houston, Texas.
